Grandson Birthday card

I made this card at a scrapbook stores card class.  I've seen this all over pinterest too.  I just love legos & since our grandson had asked for legos for his birthday just had to have this card to go with it.  I love that I can use my cricut machine to cut vinyl & personalize anything!!!!  He loved his card of course!!!

The inside of the card I used My creative time all around birthday

Vinyl T-shirt

I made this t-shirt for a client of mine who was expecting her second child & she wanted a shirt for her older son to come to the hospital in.  I love love love the iron on vinyl available from Expressions vinyl

Etching Job

I posted earlier that I was asked to etch something.  Well here it is....this was a very nerve reckin job to me...this was a ONE SHOT DEAL...one of a kind glass.  I was soooooooooo careful.....I could not wait to get this back to the customer.

Anyway...this is a monogram for a couple getting married in July 2012.  I hope you can see the monogram.  I used cricut cart  calligraphy collection.

Punch Art birthday card

This card idea came from Pinterest (can you see a pattern here...LOL) I loved the concept.  My son is going to school to become a mechanical engineer (go MTU) and he is quite hands on with tools so this just seemed fitting for him.

The stamp set is from Pink by Design Tool Time

Father's Day 2012

This year I actually made my Hubby a Fathers day card!!!  I got the idea from Pinterest..it's a Punch art card made with a Stampin Up retired punch. The sentiment is from My Creative Time....

First Etching project

I was asked by a friend to do some etching.  Well I have never done this before, so I decided to practice on some glasses I had around the house.  The cart I used was "Life's a Beach"

Graduation card

Even though all of our kids have graduated high school for this year we received quite a few invites to parties.  Thank goodness I had taken a card class at A place to crop scrapbook store prior to these invites.  I recreated these cards to match the school colors.

It's a Boy

I've had allot of baby showers to attend this year!  Here is a card I recreated ...I got the idea from a local scrapbook store's card class I took.  The stamp set I used is a set retired from SU called cuddles & tickles ...

25th wedding anniversary card

My hubby is not a spontaneous person.  He decided to be this year around Mother's day.  We had friends who were going out to Vegas to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.  Well we booked a flight & 8hrs later we were flying to Vegas.  We got there the night before & surprised our friends.  I had to make them a card (sorry it's fuzzy)

the tag is from tiny tags set love love love
Of course I had to make the envy pretty!
Our surprised friends Mike & Melodie who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in Vegas =)

Mom's day card

I do not know why I wait to last minute to do cards...But that is what happen here (sorry Mom).  I got the tulip idea from a punch art card.  The tulip is made with the owl punch from Stampin up.  The wood tiles are new in Walmart.  They've added a new line of wood products so I had to buy them and come up with something.  The embossing folder & cardstock are all from Stampin up!

Shower centerpieces May 2012

I was hired by a friend to come up with centerpieces for her daughters baby shower.  After they found out it was a boy, this is the idea I came up with.  What my friend wanted was a centerpiece that could also go home as a shower gift.  So I looked & looked ....a client of mine told me how she threw a shower and used watering cans as centerpieces...so this idea was born.  I just made the base & my friend had cookies made which were put on sticks and put in the cans.  Unfortunately I do not have a photo of the end product.  Just what I made.  The Onies cut is from New Arrival, I cannot recall the name of the cart for "It's a boy".

I added little drops of water coming from the spout for a true effect.

Run for the Roses 138th Kentucky Derby

Kentucky Derby is one thing on my bucket list!  What is better than going...well hosting a party of course!  Here are some of the items I used & came up with ...

The invitation to the party included all ladies must wear a hat.  Well boy did we have a GREAT turnout on that!  I know for a fact the ladies who did not wear a hat this year will have one on next year!  Photos of the creative hats some of the ladies wore!

My girlfriend Karen won the Hat Contest....do you see the lights she had in her hat???  So creative!

Even the men got into the hat fun!!!
